Persistent Volume tests failing in AKS

PV tests are failing in AKS, I think because of this:

status:  message: 'Failed to create deleter for volume "pvc-c1f23a90-96a3-4eab-93bb-69c7ab0a6633": Couldn''t get secret test-c2mnv/azure-storage-account-f40ee15d82cd54929940256-secret'

This was probably just something I messed up when moving to a new storage class on Azure, so hopefully an easy fix; tests are passing fine in EKS and GKE so it's almost certainly not an actual issue with the operator.
