          Both these APIs only became stable in  1.21.  As it stands our lower bound at the moment is 1.18.  Kubernetes' aggressive stance of killing this off in 1.25 means that we're going to have a fairly sharp jump in supported platforms.  I suggest that for 2.3 we leave at 1.18 - 1.22/1.23 (whatever it is at the time of release), then for 3.0?? we make the leap to 1.21 - 1.24/1.25.  That at least leaves a decent 2-3 release overlap, which isn't perfect, but what can you do??
