Description
CBS7 now kicks things out of the cluster when they are force failed, rather than leaving them in inactive failed, thus breaking a bunch of our tests. Add a temporary work around that makes event generation version aware. We can clean this up again once we're able to "retire" 6.5 and 6.6.
