cao binary times out when -h flag passed

If the help flag is passed to the test framework (i.e. after --), the help output is printed to stdout and the container (almost instantly) completes, which is expected. However, the cao binary expects the certification container to spin up and begin testing, waits for it (even though it is completed), and times out.

This means that:

• The help output isnt printed, because the binary isn't streaming logs yet
• The binary hangs for ~5mins, waiting for an already-completed container to finish.

This could perhaps be remedied by checking if the container is completed in 
waitCertificationPodReady()?
