Please assess if offline upgrade issue affects Operator

    Description

      An issue with offline upgrade for Ubuntu/Debian has been identified. Related packages for 7.0 and 7.0.1 are being removed from repos and links removed for download.

      Please assess if anything should be done for Cloud Native/Operator and if so, create the corresponding tickets and treat with urgency.

            While it was good to check, agreed with Simon Murray, Operator upgrades are not impacted. I had a look through MB-48783, and to trigger that issue one needs to be running deb installer scripts, which we do not do in Operator managed deployments.

            We don't do offline upgrades, in fact, the very idea is totally illegal in the container world as they should be immutable (with the exception of volumes)
