Skip XDCR tests using IP-based Networking when Istio is enabled.

    Description

      IP-based networking is not supported over Istio Service Mesh. This has been documented in the changes made for K8S-2464 .

      Skip the XDCR tests utilising the GenericNetworking function when Istio is enabled rather than waiting for the tests to fail with the expected error messages in the Operator logs.
