    Description

I've done a search both in-house on docs and via google and I cannot seem to find any documentation on:

      • /node/controller/setupNetConfig
      • /node/controller/enableExternalListener
      • /node/controller/disableExternalListener

This is confusing to me as an external client, net config allows you to switch between ipv4 and ipv6, but on start up it reports ipv4 and I can still talk to it over Ipv6, so does ipv4 mean dual stack??  Then you have listeners, which do I don't know what, surely the net config should do it all right?  How are all of these things interrelated?
