Document ulimit settings for Kubernetes node

    Description

      It doesn't look like Kubernetes supports changing the ulimit settings for a container through the Kubernetes API. As a result we should recommend setting the proper ulimits on the VM/machine Kubernetes is running on so that our containers inherit the proper settings.
