Add pprof collection to cbopinfo

If the operator goes to sleep for some reason we need a way to determine why.  It's worth while us shelling into the operator pod and harvesting this information via pprof to save back and forth between ourselves, support and the customer.  Targeting 1.1.0 as it's a supportability release, and in all honesty we'll be a much more well oiled ship if we didn't have to explicitly ask for this.
