Openshift builds should be automated

Requirements for automated builds:

• Images should be built when new changes are pushed to the couchbase-operator repo.
• The images created need to be put somewhere that the QE team can access them (Either latest builds or an internal Red Hat Catalog repo)
• When we release we should be able to tell the build team what build number we are releasing and they should be able to push the image from step 2 to out public Red Hat Catalog. (An automated job run by the development team to do this that we can access is fine too)
