Provide instructions for upgrading from Operator 1.0 to 1.1

We need to provide two sets of upgrade instructions and best practices for both Open Source Kubernetes and OpenShift:

1. Online upgrade from Operator 1.0 to 1.1
2. Installing a new instance of Operator 1.1 in the same environment that used to run Operator 1.0. i.e we need to provide best practices for uninstalling 1.0 so that Operator 1.1 installation is successful.
