      I got this doc link from Peter Reale <peter.reale@couchbase.com>.

      https://docs.couchbase.com/operator/1.1/xdcr.html#clusters-in-different-clusters-with-overlay-networking -> "Using IP and Exposed Features" -> "When establishing the XDCR connection from the Couchbase UI console in cluster 1 to cluster 2 we'd use the connection string http://172.16.1.2:31202"

      Issue:

      The documentation asked to form a URL with "http://" prefix but the Couchbase console UI didn't like it. It worked when I removed the "http://" prefix.
