Major Description
When operator chart is upgraded the certs for the admission controller are also being updated. This is unnecessary and results in Bad TLS errors from admission controller. Still determining if this has to do with remounting the secret or perhaps the webhook ca changing while admission controller keeps old CA.
Helm hooks seemed like the way to prevent upgrades, which I'm currently testing.
