Cannot create CB cluster with PV in Openshift 4.0

Deploy OC cluster 4.0

gp2 is the default storage class

Try to deploy CB cluster with PVs and it fails

Operator 1.0 was used to deploy the operator

$ oc get deployments --watch
NAME DESIRED CURRENT UP-TO-DATE AVAILABLE AGE
couchbase-operator 1 1 1 1 24m

while deploying oc with PVs it fails with error
