Update operator Manifests for Red Hat OLM

OLM (Operator Lifecycle Manager)

For 1.2, we'll need to update the manifests used to expose the operator to OpenShift users in the Operator Catalog.

The process for doing this has just been updated to include a certification tool that validates the Operator manifests before it can be published:
