GKE instructions do not consider GKE context format

    Description

      By default, the gke context created will have some namespacing on the context, prepending it with gke_<project>, which makes it not match the instructions.

      Instead of my-cluster-us-east1, it has gke_my-project_my-cluster-us-east1
