Add metrics for DCP connection status

Need metrics for measuring the number of connections between the Kafka Connector and the Couchbase Server. Also need metrics that indicate the health of these connections. These metrics can be useful for monitoring for any connectivity issues between Kafka and Couchbase Server through Kafka monitoring reporters.
