Description
Currently document body always goes to Kafka as binary string, which isn't very helpful for people to handle, as they have to decode it in their custom consumer.
The connector should be able to take reference to schema in the SchemaRegistry and transcode JSON payload from Couchbase into Avro format so that consumers will see structured stream.
