ship couchlookup script or improve dbdump

we should ship that tool/script that Aaron wrote to lookup a data in a couchstore file?

K, whipped up a python tool. On a regular couchbase install..

1. put the script where our other tools live

1. make a copy of the wrapper that we use to set up the env vars for them
   cp /opt/couchbase/bin/couchbase-cli /opt/couchbase/bin/couchlookup

1. use the tool
   /opt/couchbase/bin/couchlookup /path/to/file.couch key1 key2 key3 ...
