.deb package for Ubuntu 12 requires libssl0.9.8

Phil's comment in MB-10174:

The ubuntu_1204 package should not depend on ssl 0.9.8. This problem has been there since at least:

( 2014-01-03 17:58 ) couchbase-server-enterprise_ubuntu_1204_x86_64_3.0.0-241-rel.deb

Just adding some confirmation.

1. lsb_release -a
