2.5 release notes (Optimized connect management) is not yet available and misleading to users

In the 2.5 release notes (http://docs.couchbase.com/couchbase-manual-2.5/cb-release-notes/#optimized-connection-management) we describe the new CCCP-based connection mechanism.

This is worded in such a way that suggests that 2.5 doesn't support the old method, and moreover the user must use the new bootstrap method. However at time of writing there isn't any client libraries released which support CCCP.

I suggest this is re-worded to state that the new optimised connect method is additional to the old method, and that is requires a compatible client library to work.
