    Description

      Scenario
      -------------

      • Two 2 node cluster
      • Simulate temp power outage by rebooting both source nodes at the same time.
      • Couchbase does not start up automatically on any of the nodes
      • Stopping-starting / restarting couchbase server (/etc/init.d/couchbase-server stop/start/restart) does not help either.

/etc/init.d/couchbase-server stop kills all couchbase processes but /etc/init.d/couchbase-server start does not help in bringing the server up in this case.

      Regression
      ------------------
No, same behaviour was seen in 2.5.0-1059. This is not related to XDCR although the logs will contain details about replication.

      Expected behavior
      -------------------------------
Couchbase servers start up fine after a hard-boot of nodes.
