Description
If you look into the logs of couchdb-gerrit-upr build job [1], you see that dialyzer is recreating the file on every run ("Creating PLT /home/jenkins/jenkins/workspace/couchdb-gerrit-upr/couchdb/../couchdb.plt ..."). This file only changes when Erlang is upgraded, dialyzer will discover that by itself and recreate the file if needed.
This means that this file should be kept around between builds, as it takes about 30-60min to created, which make the commit validation unbearable long.
