Manifests are not consistent for the same version of 3.0 builds

When comparing manifests for build 3.0.0-423 I noticed that build for Ubuntu 10.04 differs from build for Ubuntu 12.04:

http://builder.hq.couchbase.com/manifest/couchbase-server-enterprise_ubuntu_1204_x86_64_3.0.0-423-rel.deb

http://builder.hq.couchbase.com/manifest/couchbase-server-enterprise_x86_64_3.0.0-423-rel.deb

The same applies for 32-bit and 64-bit version of Ubuntu 12 package.

In fact they are based on different revisions of ns_server. My belief is that we are trying to be consistent across platforms.
