Left-hand navigation not correct when viewing anchor link

I've seen this a number of times before, thought I had filed something for it but can't find.

For various links, especially when the page takes a while to load, the left-hand navigation continues to open/scroll downwards past the point that I linked into.

As an example, I went to this link:http://docs.couchbase.com/couchbase-manual-2.5/cb-admin/#securing-data-communication, and the left-hand nav shows up as in the screenshot.

I've also attached the HAR data if that's helpful.
