Description
If the item is compressed in memory and the client haven't enabled datatype support the item should be inflated before being sent.
The priority is set to minor because clients should enable the datatype support since without it we're wasting network bandwidth and CPU cycles inflating stuff being sent over the wire (for a full backfill that could be a lot of data...)
