Builder packed incorrectly build edition, DEV edition uploaded as enterprise edition

    Description

      Check sanity tests, some tests for enterprise edition only failed.
      Reason failed due to those feature required enterprise edition.
      Manually download ubuntu build 3.0.0-552 and install on one of my box.
