    Description

      cbtransfer from host to destination cluster is broken

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Run the command, ./cbtransfer http://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:8091 http://yyy.yy.yyy.yyy:8091

      2)the following error is seen,
      2014-04-24 10:53:36,818: s0 error: async operation: error: MCSink MC error: 4 on sink: http://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:8091(default@xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:8091)
      error: MCSink MC error: 4
