Cannot cancel "Join a Cluster" unless reload page -- with screen resolution 800x600

    Description

      Install ns_server on rhel 5.4 64 bit with screen resolution 800x600
      After configure server, click join cluster button.
      There are not "cancel" link or "Join" button on the screen.
      Only one way to cancel join a cluster is reload a page.
