Description
As part of make simple-test blocker sheduleVBSnapshot task in ep-engine was made to force schedule a task for setVBState. This can be better optimized by force scheduling it as part of the snapshot that runs after the deletion task, since that is the only path that absolutely needs a snapshotVBuckets.
