    Description

      Centos-64, 3.0.0-675, UPR enabled, 1024 vbuckets

      1. Add 1 node 10.6.2.144
      2. Add 500K Items
      3. Create 5 views with indexes and verify them
      4. Run compaction job
      5. Rebalance-in node 10.6.2.145

      On Step 5 rebalance never progressed, it was at 0%
