    Description

      1. use cbworkload gen to generate 100 items.
      2. cbbackup http://localhost csv: or
      cbbackup couchstore-files:///opt/couchbase/var/lib/couchbase/data/default csv:
      We can tell that revid field is 1.
      3. cbbackup http://localhost /tmp/b1
      4. cbrestore /tmp/b1 http://localhost
      5. repeat step 2. revid becomes 49.
