2.5.1 Documentation of "Changing internal XDCR settings" contains settings that is no longer applied

In 2.5.1 cb-rest-api document, section "Changing internal XDCR settings" contains the following three internal setting parameters that seem to be no longer applied.

xmemWorker Integer from 1 to 32. Default 1. Used in memcached protocol for XDCR at the data transport layer. The number of work processes per vbucket replicator. A memcached work process is responsible for sending memcached operations to a remote node.

enablePipelineOps Boolean. Defaults to true. Used for memcached protocol with XDCR for backwards computability. True indicates pipelined operations and false indicates non-pipelined memcached operations.

localConflictResolution Boolean, default is false. Used for backwards compatibility with pre-2.2 clusters. Perform conflict resolution on source cluster before replication to destination.
