Some numbers not converted correctly from bytes to megabytes/gigabytes/etc

I'm not sure how prevalent this is since I wasn't able to check all numbers under all conditions, but one example is that for 2.5, the high and low watermarks are not represented correctly in the UI in terms of the byte->megabyte/gigabyte conversion.

I discovered the same thing in 3.0 when looking at the per-node statistics, but the aggregated bucket statistics looked correct.

Is there a way to review all of our conversion logic for bytes to megabytes?
