incorrect cas in key_eexist response of command with memcached token

Let's say we do not set any token on memcached. In this case I expect the token to be 0.
Then we execute some control command (for example CMD_COMPACT_DB) with cas = 2
It will return key_eexists since the tokens don't match

But what is wrong here is that in the response I see cas = 2.
