[UI] Bucket summary page should auto-refresh ops and item counts

    Description

      When running cbworkloadgen against a bucket ("high") the ops and item counts in the bucket summary doesn't auto-refresh.

      See attached screenshots:

      1) cbworkloadgen started, op/s occurring (see dots in terminal) but UI shows 0
      2) Refresh web browser, op/s is updated to show correct (instantaneous) value.
      3) cbworkloagen stopped. op/s still shows as non-zero value.
