Improved confirmation of actions resulting in loss of data

Many actions that result in (potential) data loss could be reinforced with stronger verification that a user understands the consequences of such actions.

E.g. typing a word/phrase corresponding to an action and/or it's potential consequences.

Potential areas to apply this to include failovers with insufficient replicas, bucket flushes, and bucket removal.

Examples of GitHub's method for this are included below (for a repo called blank, hence user must enter name of repository to confirm).
