Blocker Description
Forking this from MB-11573.
I was given two clusters. And it was reported that node .186 did not have outgoing replication stats despite having xdcr defined. After closer inspection I'm seeing traces of xdc_replication_sup crash caused by child replicator's max_restart_indesity_reached. Child replicator was crashing in various places that I'll investigate further.
Will attach logs.
