Support a longer key that is greater than the current max size 3840 bytes

The current max key size is 3840 bytes that is determined by page size(4KB) - B+ tree node header overhead. However, some applications might need to use a longer key (e.g., secondary indexes). For this, we need to remove the max size limit or make the max size much bigger at least.
