{DCP}:: Re-try to graceful failover fails with badmatch error after stopping graceful failover in first attempt

1104, Centos 6x

1. Create 7 Node cluster
2. Add default bucket with 200K items
3. Graceful failover a node (10.6.2.145)
4. Stop the graceful failover of the node
5. Graceful failover a node (10.6.2.145)

Step 5 fails with the following exception
