Intra-cluster replication slows down during intensive ejection

      OS = CentOS 6.5
      CPU = Intel Xeon E5-2680 v2 (40 vCPU)
      Memory = 256 GB
      Disk = RAID 10 SSD

    Description

      Following up MB-11642.

      I noticed that higher replication queue (10-100K items) is caused by intensive ejection (by intensive I mean 1-2M items ejected per second).

      My setup:
      9 nodes, 1 bucket, 2 replicas
      50K inserts/sec (~1KB docs)
