clone to grow support

I want to be able to literally clone a VM running membase, have that VM come up and recognize that it is a clone of another node in the cluster (note, assumes we re-IP the machine) and then have it ask if you want to auto-join it to the cluster. Should also have an option to have it automatically join (enter pending add state). Could do a crazy cool demo where we could clone a running node using vmware then see it join itself to the cluster and have data rebalance to the new node.
