Manually renamed vbucket file to something else to simulate an admin accidentally deleting or moving a file.

    Description

It is possible for a admin in a customer environment to accidentally move or delete a vbucket file/files.

Couchbase does not currently bubble up any form of notification that something is wrong.

In testing, with the bucket at a 100% resident, this scenario is handled well as while there is no notification, Couchbase handles this gracefully. On the next write to this vbucket the file is re-created and backfilled from RAM.

With the bucket at less than a 100% resident this is not as successful and the vbucket file on disk is missing items.

Requesting a notification of some kind so that admin/user can know that a specific file or files were deleted and make the decision to failover the node if their configuration is less than a 100% resident.
