cbepctl error handling - please provide meaningful error messages.

Please provide meaningful error messages or meaningful help for command line tools such as cbepctl.

Running cbepctl against the wrong port results in a generic error message. The command line help simply specifies 'dataport' instead of specifying REST port or Memcached port which would be more helpful.

Users should be guided with proper (error/information) message or proper help. The documentation for Couchbase specifies the proper port to use but nothing in the tool itself or error messages.

Usage: cbepctl host:dataport drain
or cbepctl host:dataport set type param value
or cbepctl host:dataport start
or cbepctl host:dataport stop
