[windows] Indexer.exe terminated: exit status 255 continously on Windows test startup.

1. install 350-1221 build.
2. Create a node with n1ql, kv, 2i services.
3. create a bucket

The indexer keeps crashing on the node, there are core dumps on the windows box.

• • This can be easily reproduced on any machine so far.
