Don't ship breakpad static libraries(.a) / header files with the product

    Description

      We currently ship a number of breakpad files with the product (i.e. in /opt/couchbase/

      {include,lib}

      ) which are unnecessary - Breakpad is already linked into memcached.

      We should remove these files - end users have no use for them:
