Do not require users to add port 8080 to membase CLI commands

port should be optional (if we allow, or will allow) REST interface on other ports

now, when running a CLI command, user must enter ":8080" after each server's IP address

sometimes, the command works; sometimes, it doesn't

EXPECTED:
consistently don't require specifying port 8080
allow users to specify a different port [assumes we support that]
