If a user enters a bad parameter for a CLI command, they should always get a "usage" message back, and one which tells them how to use the command (not entire help)

    Description

      for example, if one enters
      ./membase server-add=192.168.0.110:8080 server-list -c 192.168.0.111
one (appears to get) all of help back
(if one scrolls up in the terminal window, in some cases, all of help is preceded by an "Error" message but this doesn't give syntactical help

      instead, get back
      "usage" pertinent to server-add

this should be the case for all commands, not just some
