Testcase

Was able to reproduce twice.

Steps
-------
1. C1 [.186,.187] <--> C2 [.188,.189], 3 buckets , bidirectional replication on all
2.pause and resume all replications on C1 three times.
3. update at C1, C2
4. delete at C1, C2. Expect 112000 on all buckets on C1 and C2.
5. verify keys
