Investigating compaction's impact on incremental workload throughput.

Status as of 05/02/15 sherlock branch testing:

In a test of 100M item initial load and 100M incremental load(key size:100 bytes, value size: 0 bytes)
with compaction disabled:
Throughput during initial load ~52k inserts/sec
Throughput during incremental load ~32k inserts/sec

with compaction enabled during incremental load:
Throughput during initial load 52k inserts/sec
Throughput during incremental load with concurrent compaction 9k inserts/sec
